Misi Kurus.

Khamis,
9 A.M ; Roti plus sosej with mayo.
Lunch ; Skipped
Dinner ; Roti (lagi) with kaya.

Jumaat,
7.04 A.M ; Jogging
Breakfast ; Skipped.
Lunch ; Skipped.
Dinner ; Nasi goreng.
Supper ; Beef Burger!!! Ugh mengesal.

Sabtu,
Breakfast ; Skipped.
Lunch ; Nasi And Tom Yam
6.03 P.M ; Turun naik tangga banyak kali.
Dinner ; Nasi lemak, a cup of sweetcorn.

Ahad,
7.24 A.M ; Jogging tepi tasik jumpa abg hensen mintak tolong amekkan gmba, awwww!
Breakfast ; Bihun Soup, Tea.
Lunch ; A lot of veggie and fish.
Dinner; Skipped.


For Isnin and hari seterusnya, try tak makan nasi. HAHHA KONON! Mira duduk Kelantan dah nak kurus, tak boleh jadi ni. Kena kurus jugak! Kalau tak tak boleh pakai kebaya raya nanti, LOL. Ouhh weekend kat Kuis best la jugak, di pagi hari jelaa. Sebab boleh jogging harihari :) Kalau kat rumah memeng jangan harap lah kan, tidur 25 jam -.-
